To Place an Order
Online:
Order securely through my online shopping cart. Add your items to the cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. When you are ready to make your purchase, click "checkout" and follow the steps. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, provided you have entered an accurate email address.

If you have any questions, comments, or just prefer not to place your order online please feel free to contact me. You can contact me by phone at 480-759-5336 and ask for Pat. The best time to reach me is between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm mountain standard time, Monday - Friday. If I am not available please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. You can also contact me via email. Please provide me with all item details, such as: item name, length, crystal colors, clasp option, etc. and a phone number where I can reach you in case of any questions. Do not send your credit card information through email, it is not secure. If you are paying with MasterCard or Visa your information should be provided via phone, on our secure shopping cart or by requesting an e-mail invoice containing a secure payment link.

How Long will it take?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. If you are ordering a custom design, please allow 4-7 days. Often times I can ship your order sooner, depending on outstanding orders and availability of supplies. Contact me if you need to "rush" your order and I will let you know if that is possible. All orders ship from my studio in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sizing
To determine what length of bracelet to order, measure your wrist using a flexible cloth measuring tape or string. For an adult bracelet add 1" to your wrist measurement. For infants and small children add approximately 1/2" - 3/4". If the bracelet is for a gift and you do not know the wrist size, use the charts below as a guideline. If your bracelet does not fit, I will happily resize the bracelet, one time, at no charge.
An adjustable clasp comes standard on all children's bracelets ordered with a lobster clasp. This clasp will give your bracelet 1/2" - 3/4" of growing room.

Jewelry Care
Many of my handcrafted jewelry designs contain sterling silver, which can tarnish over time. Tarnishing is a natural process, caused by oxidation or exposure to the air. Tarnish does not harm the silver and can be removed by polishing it with a treated polishing cloth. When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is best to store it in a cool dry place - even a zip-lock bag will work. Do not allow your jewelry to come in contact with bleach or chlorine and do not wear in jewelry in the swimming pool or jacuzzi!
Out Of Stock Items
If you have found a design that you love, but it is out of stock, do not despair. Contact me about the possiblity of making another one just like it or very similar. Please allow extra time, as I may need to order the necessay supplies.
Custom Orders
I do accept custom orders. Please contact me to discuss your ideas and needs. Small design changes, such as crystal color, clasp style, charm, etc. can be made for no or minimal charge.
Guarantee and Return Policy
All of the jewelry is handcrafted by me, using high quality sterling and gold-filled beads, swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, semi precious stones and other materials as indicated on the product descriptions. Due to the availability of beads, your bracelet may vary slightly from the picture shown. If you do not love your bracelet, return it to me within 30 days of purchase and I will give you a full refund (shipping excluded). Please call or email me before returning an item.
I stand by the quality of my work. Each design is hand inspected by me prior to shipment. If within 30 days of purchase, you discover an error or defect in your order, I will be happy to replace it at no charge.
My designs are strung on a high quality 49 strand beading wire. It does not happen often, but due to normal wear and tear over time, the wire can break. In the unlikely event that your bracelet or necklace should break within 90 days of purchase, please return it to me along with all of the beads and I will re-string it at no charge. If after 90 days you break or damage your jewelry, I will restring it for a small fee, plus shipping and the cost of any missing beads.

Your privacy is important to us. The information collected is used solely for the purpose of processing your order, replying to your questions, and to provide you with new product updates. For your protection, credit card information is collected using a SSL secure server. Remember, email is not secure. Do not send your credit card information via email. Your personal and account information will not be shared, sold or given to another individual or company for any reason.
