Most orders ship within 48 hours. If you are ordering a custom design, please allow 4-7 days. Often times I can ship your order sooner, depending on outstanding orders and availability of supplies.  Contact me if you need to "rush" your order and I will let you know if that is possible. All orders ship from my studio in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

If you live in the Phoenix area and would like to pick up your order from my studio in Ahwatukee - enter "Pick Up" in the special instructions box at the shopping cart. Shipping costs are automatically added at the cart, however I will give you a refund.

 

If you live in the Chandler area and would like to pick up your order at Inspirations Christian Bookstore - select "Pick Up at Inspirations" in the payment options at the shopping cart.  Shipping costs are automatically added at the cart, however your total will be recalculated at the store and you will not be charged for shipping.

 

 

Free USPS 1st class shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Delivery confirmation is included and will allow the package to be tracked. Insurance is additional and can be purchased by selecting the option at the bottom of this page.

Shipping within the United States

I ship anywhere within the U.S. via U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Your cost of $2.50 for the first item and $1.00 per additional item will be added at the shopping cart. Delivery Confirmation is included at no additional cost and will allow the package to be tracked. Insurance is additional and can be purchased by selecting the option on the bottom of this page.

 

You can upgrade shipping to Priority Mail for an additional $3.00 or to Express Mail for an additional $15.00. To upgrade shipping, select the option at the bottom of this page. Approximated delivery times to locations in the U.S. as published on the USPS website are:

Please keep in mind that these delivery times are not guaranteed and once the package has left my hands, it is out of my control.

 

I ship to Canada via U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Your cost of $3.50 for the first item and $1.00 per additional item will be added at the shopping cart. Any applicable import fees, taxes, and/or duties required by the receiving country will be the buyer's responsibility. Insurance and delivery confirmation are not available.

 

For orders outside the U.S. and Canada, please contact me, to see if I ship to your country.  We will determine the best way to ship your jewerly, calculate the shipping based on the cost to ship to your country and send you the information for your approval. Any applicable import fees, taxes, and/or duties required by the receiving country will be the buyer's responsibility.  

 

Insurance is not required, but recommended. It does not happen often, but packages do get lost or damaged. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. To add insurance, select the option below.
